Dr, Vanessa Flores, VDM, CVA, CCRV, CVTP, CVCH, CVFT


Dr. Vanessa Flores happily returned to Southern California after a few years in Canada.  Dr.
Flores graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006.
She pursued further education in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) through the
International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and Chi University. She is a Certified Veterinary
Acupuncturist, Certified Veterinary Chinese Herbalist, Certified Veterinary Food Therapist, and
Certified Tui-Na Practitioner.  Dr. Flores has been offering complementary medical care to
beloved dogs and cats since 2013.

In 2022, Dr. Flores completed certification in canine rehabilitation.  Movement is healing and an
integral part of your pet’s health.  Mobility is now the focus of her practice.  Dr. Flores is here to
help your pet overcome neurological and orthopedic challenges to the activities of daily life.

Outside of work, Dr. Flores loves to watch the honey bees buzz about the flowers, hike, cook,
and read murder mysteries from Three Pines.
